PURPOSE:To perform impregnation effective for pollution prevention at a low cost by injecting and pressurizing an organic synthetic resin impregnation agent to a cast article, etc. pre-treated in an impregnation tank, then by performing liquid draining and water washing again, and by immersing and hardening the impregnation agent in the thermosetting tank of oil/water emulsion fuel. CONSTITUTION:A pre-treated cylinder head is put in an impregnation tank 2 and sealed, the degree of vacuum is reduced to 5mm.Hg or less, a curing agent of a quantity required for immersion is introduced from an impregnation feed tank 1 containing it to a tank 2 and is pressurized, the cylinder head is then put in the first reclaimer 3, and a reclaimer main body 14 is swung and rotated for liquid draining. Next, it is transferred into the first washing tank 4 for water washing by means of the air blow of a nozzle pipe 18 and the up-and-down motion of a basket, then liquid draining and water washing are performed again in the second reclaimer 5 and a tank 6. Next, the cylinder head is immersed in a thermosetting tank 7 invariably maintained at 90 deg.-98 deg.C by a burner 26 and an oil/water emulsion device 27, and is taken out, dried with a hot wind, cooled naturally, thus the impregnation process is completed. |
