PURPOSE:To avoid a condition of welding work performed in an unreasonable attitude, by securing a ring shaped structure to a sole piece through a supporting member, connecting a joint between a reinforcing internal shell plate and a ship body through chilled welding and connecting the internal shell plate to the ring shaped structure through slot welding and slit welding. CONSTITUTION:A supporting member 11 supporting a ring shaped structure 14 consists of a cover plate 5 and reinforcing plates 6, 7, and the plates 6, 7 are fixed to the structure 14 and a sole piece 13 by welding. After welding of a joint part 8 between an external shell plate 1 and a ship body 12, a joint part 9 between an internal shell plate 3 and the ship body 12 and edge bars 21, 22 are connected by chill welding, while the plate 3 and a ring web 17 are connected to a fitting position 4 of a fixture or the like by slit welding, and the plate 3 and ring webs 16, 18, 19 are connected by slot welding. As a result, welding work can be performed in a good environment and attitude, and quality of welding is also more improved. |
