PURPOSE:To simplify an operation of wiring signal lines by using as the signal lines an insulated sheet whereon a signal circuit is wired by printing. CONSTITUTION:A signal circuit wired on an insulated sheet 30 by printing is used as signal lines connecting electrically terminals 27 and 28 on a terminal board 26 to electrodes 15 and 16 respectively. This insulated sheet 30 is arranged so that it encircles the outer peripheral part of a measuring tube 11 by half, and on the two-end side in the encircling direction thereof, an electrode fixation side lead piece 32 which is fixed on the outer end side of electrodes 15 and 16 is formed in extension, while a copper leaf or the like is bonded on the shortest linear axis connecting this lead piece 32 to the other lead piece. Thereby said signal circuit is wired on the sheet by printing. |
