PURPOSE:To make a device small-sized and light-weight and to prevent the generation of noise due to turn-on/off of an electronic cooling unit, by installing a power source for electronic cooling independently in the external of a mobile inspecting vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A mobile inspecting vehicle 1 is fixed to an upper moving chain 9 and is moved on a preliminarily determined traveling route by a chain driving motor 10 and is connected to an external console 8 through an antenna 11 and a leakage coaxial cable by a radio communication line, and the remote control of a television camera 12 and etc. is performed by this course. Since the mobile inspecting vehicle 1 is moved in a high-temperture atmosphere, an electronic cooler 15 is provided near the television camera 12 or the like, and the inside of the vehicle is cooled by this cooler 15 to give an optimum operating temperature to electronic devices such as the television camera 12. Power for purposes other than cooling is supplied from a large-scale external power source 16 with AC 100V, and power for cooling is supplied through a cable 19 for DC. |
