Proposed pin (1) to be fitted into aforesaid hole (50) comprises hard alloy insert (30) and main body (10) with flange (13) and recess (14) to accommodate said insert (30) for it to extend beyond main body (10). The latter forms receptacle section (11) that passes at least partially around recess (14).
