<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled acryl sheet of an excellent weather-resistance, hardness and rigidity and an improved impact-resistance, by stretching biaxially a polymethl methacrylate (PMMA) by a specified magnification at the state of a high viscosity. CONSTITUTION:By stretching biaxially PMMA which is preferably the homopolymer of a methyl methacrylate and has a weight-average molecular weight above one million e.g., by a rolling mold at the state of a high viscosity preferably above 1X10<7>ps and by the stretching ratio of at least three times, preferably, at least 3.5 times the purpose acryl sheet of max. ORS 20kg/cm<2> is obtained.</p> |
