<p>PURPOSE:To automate the discrimination of propriety, by picking up the density of a mark attached to an object with a two-dimension matrix sensor in synchronizing with a clock signal and counting the number in which the density is within a threshold level. CONSTITUTION:A mark 2 attached to an object (in Figure, electric lamp) is irradiated with a light source 3 and the contrast is detected with a camera 4 where sensors are arranged in matrix. The output is binary-coded 6 with a threshold level 7, the coded result is inputted together with the clock of a camera controller 5 and an input of a FF13 to a gate 8, and a counter 15 is driven. An output of the counter 15 is inputted to comparators 17, 19, they are compared at lower and upper limit settig devices 18, 20, the presence/absence of the deviation from the upper and lower limits at each frame is detected for the discrimination of the propriety. Thus, the discrimination of the propriety of the mark is automized.</p> |
