PURPOSE:To provide a function of an electric stapler, etc. to a device, and to obtain a soft documents file, by registering, retrieving, displaying and outputting a document as a picture file, and also using a designated document as a series of writings in accordance with an instruction of control information. CONSTITUTION:Documents are inputted as picture information to a picture input part 1, and by a picture R/W circuit 2, read-out/write to a pictures memory 3, of a pictures data inputted to the input part 1 are executed, and the documents are stored as picture information in the memory 3. Also, to an input part 4, a command, etc. are inputted, its input is inputted to a control part 5, and from the control part 5, a display instruction is given to a displaying circuit 6. In accordance with this instruction, a picture data is read out from the circuit 2, and is displayed on a picture display 7. Also, by a character control table control part 9, a documents control table 10 is updated and changed, and a control data is referred thereto. In this control table 10, information for controlling the documents stored in the memory 3 is accumulated. Also, a function of an electric stapler, etc. is provided to a file device. |
