PURPOSE:A cosmetic base that contains a powder of multilayered, thin plate polymer, thus showing pearl-like luster with high uniformity and being used in foundation, lip stick or cheek rouge with good feeling on use and high safety. CONSTITUTION:A powder of multilayered thin plate polymer made of, e.g., polyester, polystyrene, acrylic homo- or copolymer is added to prepare cosmetics. The powder has a structure of multilayered thin films such as 100-300 layers and 10-50 micron thickness. |
