A device for transporting sheets of paper or the like, in particular those of low rigidity on a transport path having a bend is specified, wherein longitudinal transporting means are provided which each have a driving roller, arranged on the underside of the path, and a ball arranged on the upper side of the path, and in which the ball rests on the periphery of the roller in a manner such that it can be raised, it being possible for the balls to be magnetised and for scanners which can be actuated by the sheets to be raised from the rollers, controlled with the aid of electromagnets, in order to avoid blockages between the rollers and the ball on the one hand and the sheets on the other hand. |
