PURPOSE:To reduce flaws due to foreign substances and to prevent occurrence of defective work by providing a recessed part on the lower die pressing face that holds a panel with an upper die and reducing contact area of the pressing face. CONSTITUTION:After a panel W is placed on a lower die 2, an upper holder 3 is lowered and an upper die 4 comes into contact with the panel W, and the panel W is held between the upper die 4 and lower die 2. Then, the holder 3 is lowered and a sectional die 6 is lowered with the upper die 4 while stopping on the panel W, and the outer edge of the panel W is worked. At this time, a pressing face 7 that supports outer periphery of the panel W is formed of the first pressing face 7a and the second pressing face 7b. The pressing face 7a is formed flat on the outer peripheral side of the pressing face 7b, and a recessed part 9 is formed on the pressing face 7b. Even when foreign substances adhere on the lower die 2, the foreign substances falls onto the recessed part 9. Thus, flaws due to foreign substances are reduced and occurrence of defective work is prevented. |
