PURPOSE:To facilitate position alignment between neutral points of a control valve and manual stopper, by connecting an output shaft and valve sleeve in an integrally turning state. CONSTITUTION:A plate 31 is fitted to an air gap between two manual stopper parts 22 and 23 of a pinion shaft 21. Here movement of the thrust plate 31 in the axial direction of the shaft 21 is restricted by a gap between a stepped part of a valve shaft 9 and the parts 22, 23 of the shaft 21, thus relative movement in the longitudinal direction between a valve sleeve 26 and the shaft 21 is restricted. While relative movement in the diametric direction between the sleeve 26 and the shaft 21 is restricted within a range determined by fitting between the shaft 9 and the sleeve 26. |
