发明名称 CURRENT EQUILIBRATING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the unequilibrium of a current as compared with the case wherein a conventional current balancer is used by connecting coils which are magnetically coupled in series with each other with semiconductor elements which are connected in parallel with each other. CONSTITUTION:A coil unit B has two coils L1, L2 which are magnetically coupled with each other and connected in series with cathode sides of semiconductors D1, D2. These two series circuits are commonly connected at the anode sides of the semiconductor elements D1, D2, and commonly connected in parallel at the same polarity sides of the coils L1, L2. The coils L1, L2 are wound on a core C to butt at the opposite anode side of the opponent coil at the side connected to the anode sides of the semiconductor elements D1, D2 in a toroidal shape. Since the current equilibrating action by the mutual induction inductance can be obtained in addition to the current equilibrating action by the self inductances of the both coils, the unequilibrium of the current can be reduced as compared with the case of the conventional method.
