CONSTITUTION:A vapor-deposited magnetic film 4 provided on a substrate 4 is heated by transferring it to a take-up shaft 6 from a feed-out shaft 5 along 7 which circulates a heated medium, and also light from a roodlike light source 12 extended in the width direction of the substrate of a halogen lamp, etc. is irradiated. In this case, the quantity of light of at least one light source is controlled by detecting a reflectance of light of a thin magnetic layer. Its control is executed by placing a reflectance detector 14 obtained, for instance, by combining a lamp and a phototransistor, in the vicinity of the circumferential side of a rotating roller, and controlling, for instance, a firing angle of a thyristor in a light source controller 15, by its output. |
