PURPOSE:To obtain the hot water with desired temperature at all times by a structure wherein a three-way valve and a hot water tap are provided at the junction part of the forward and return pipes of a service hot water circulating in the circuit and a circulating pump equipped in the return pipe is operated and the three-way valve is controlled in response to the hot water temperature measured at the upstream side of the three-way valve. CONSTITUTION:A hot water supply source 1 is provided with the service hot water circulating circuit consisting of the forward pipe 4 and the return pipe 5. The three-way valve 6 and the hot trap 2 are provided at the junction part of the forward and return pipes 4 and 5. Furthermore, the circulating pump 7 is arranged in the return pipe 5 and a temperature detector 8 is arranged in the forward pipe 4 at this side of the three-way valve 6. A controlling unit 9 controls the three-way valve 6 and the circulating pump 7 in response to the output of the temperature detector 8. An operating temperature setting dial 11 for the three-way valve 6 and the circulating pump 7 and an indicator light 12 to indicate whether the hot water supply is available or not are provided on the case 10 of the controlling unit 9. |
