发明名称 SWITCHING DEVICE OF DIRECT TEACHING IN WELDING ROBOT
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable efficient teaching work in a short time by providing three switches for teaching on the grip of a welding torch and commanding information of linear action, arcuate action, welding and cancellation. CONSTITUTION:A welding torch 2 is attached to a tip of an arm 1, and a cylindrical grip 3 is provided on the welding torch 2. The first and the second push- button switches 4, 5 are provided on the upper side face at positions where thumb touches on gripping side by side, and the third push-button switch 6 is provided on the lower side face at a position where a fore-finger touches. The first switch 4 gives linear action information, the second switch 5 gives arcuate action and the third switch 6 gives welding information. An electric circuit the generates a signal which clears the command given by a switch which is turned on first when the first and second switches 4, 5 are in on state simultaneously is added.
