PURPOSE:To improve the magnetic characteristics and the mechanical strength, by forming recessed grooves on a joint between a front and a rear core and projected grooves on the other in parallel with gaps. CONSTITUTION:Projected grooves 12a, 12b in parallel with an operating gap 10 are formed at the broadwise center of front core halves 4a, 4b of a rear end being a joint plane 6 of the front core 4 to a rear core 5. Recessed grooves 13a, 13b are formed to the rear core accordingly. The cores 4, 5 thus formed are butted by matching the projected and recessed grooves and an adhesives 8 is filled in bonding grooves 7a, 7b to fix the both. Thus, the bonding position is restricted accurately and the contact area is increased, allowing to increase the bonding strength. |
