PURPOSE:To shorten the work time, and to save labor remarkably, by treating the length and end part treating work of a flexible wire rod automatically and continuously until a necessary number of pieces is obtained. CONSTITUTION:In accordance with a command from a control device 6, for instance, an electric wire 9B is drawn out from a bobbin 8B, is pinch-held by clamps 39, 40, is cut by an electric wire cutter 14, and the electric wire 9B of prescribed length is obtained. Subsequently, it is moved to a working device 3 side, and the control device 6 generates a work-treating command. A rotary disk 59 rotates and a necessary working machine is opposed to the end of the electric wire 9B on the holding base. As for the end of the electric wire 9B, the insulating covering is peeled off, and by a terminal press-contacting machine 64, the terminal is made to press-contact to the electric wire 9B. The electric wire 9B which has been work-treated is received by a trough 195 from a take- out device 4, and is moved to the end of a stocking device 5 in order or in accordance with a command of the control device 6. Accordingly, a worker takes out the electric wire 9B and makes the trough 195 empty. |
