PURPOSE:To detect the phase of data in a short time from a measurement data, by obtaining previously a weighting coefficient from the measurement data of a signal having a periodical waveform and then calculating a weighting sum by means of said weighting coefficient. CONSTITUTION:The measurement data fed through an input terminal 1 are supplied to multipliers 10-12 via delaying elements 2-4. The weighting coefficients a1-am are stored at the multipliers 10-12 to obtain the product with the measurement data. These weighting coefficients are added through an adder 8, and a weighting sum S is delivered through an output terminal 9 for the measurement data defined by an equationI. The coefficients a1-am have a period M and periodical waveforms x1-xm and are obtained from the measurement data and by solving the simultaneous simple equations shown by an equation II. The sum S is zero if measurement data y1-ym are coincident with the waveforms x1-xm. Then the phase of the measurement data can be detected by obtaining the sum S. |
