The invention relates to a container actuated by one hand for dispensing viscose filling materials of cosmetic preparations, such as toothpastes, shampoos, creams, foodstuff preparations, such as, for example, mustard or mayonnaise, or chemical preparations of viscose filling materials, consisting of a rigid, preferably cylindrical container for receiving the viscose filling material, of a preferably cylindrical, axially displaceable press piston located in this container and having an elastic piston ram, and of a flexible bottom part which is connected to the preferably rigid cylindrical container, has an air-inlet hole in the middle of its preferably cylindrical end, and moves the press piston, in response to finger or thumb pressure and closure of the air-inlet hole, in the direction of the container orifice as a result of a reduction in volume of the flexible bottom part and thereby exerts pressure on the filling material which flows out through the container orifice. <IMAGE>
