PURPOSE:To facilitate the loading/unloading even on a slope, by maintaining a lifting board of a lifter horizontal while tilting the leading edge and grounding. CONSTITUTION:When tilting a lifting board 1 from the upright state, an expand/ shrink rod 9 will extend to the limit. Here a rotary rod 20 will also rotate to extend a link 40 to the limit thus to maintain said board 1 horizontal. Then a hydraulic cylinder is functioned to lower a supporting board 5. In other word said board will lower while maintaining the horizontal state. If the pavement R is inclined to provide space between the leading edge of said board 1 and the pavement R, both coupling boards will lower against the supporting board 5 and the downward rotation of the leading edge due to self-weight is performed against a torsion bar 30 by means of links 40, 44, lever 43 and said rod 20. Since said board 1 will tilt in such a manner, the leading edge can be grounded. |
