PURPOSE:To improve the durability, by coating a part, which is pressed to the surface of a relatively moved object, of a blade member with a lubricant on a basis of the sputtering method and preventing the coating layer of the lubricant from being peeled. CONSTITUTION:In respect to a cleaning blade 2 for a photosensitive drum 1, a face 2a, which faces the photosensitive drum 1, of the blade 2 consisting of a polyurethane rubber or the like is coated with a lubricant such as a fluororesin or Cu on a basis of the sputtering method and is charged elastically in the direction of an arrow X throgh a phosphor-bronze plate 3. Thus, the coating layer is difficult to peel, and the initial frictional force is held for a long time to make the pressing force uniform, and the degradation of physical properties of the blade itself due to the existence of the coating layer is prevented. |
