PURPOSE:To calculate a PID parameter having high accuracy and precision, by corresponding a discrimination set value at process stationary state to the attribute of the process. CONSTITUTION:An output of the process 1 is given to a controller 2 as a deviation and to an automatic tuning device 3 as an input value. At the normal PID control, a switching device 5 is changed over to the controller 2, the control output is an input to the process 1 to control the process 11 for the closed loop control. In the automatic tuning to the process 1, the switch 5 is changed over to the automatic tuning side 3. The control output from the controller 2 is compared with the set value of a process attribute memory 4 and given to the device 3. The control value of the PID is changed, a pulsive control variable is outputted from the device 3 to the process to attain tuning with the process input being the response. |
