PURPOSE:To manufacture the shuttle printer device, line-feed feeding thereof is accelerated and which is available for a portable type register, etc., by changing over the line intermediate feeding of a printing medium to a mechanism different from line feeding in dot printing and executing the line intermediate feeding. CONSTITUTION:When line feeding in printing, a stop lever 2 is not engaged with a clutch pawl 3, a clutch spring 4 is connected to a driving shaft 28, a line feeding cam 6 is turned by means of the shaft 28, and a line feeding lever 16 is reciprocated in the F and G directions. Accordingly, a roller shaft 38 is rotated in the H direction, and the printing medium is forwarded at every one pit by means of a feeding roller. When line-feed feeding, a driving shaft 7 is turned by a command, and connected to a clutch spring 8, a clutch pawl 9 rotates the lever 2, and the lever 2 and the pawl 3 are made collide at a dotted chain line position. Consequently, the springs 8, 4 are loosed, and connection with the shafts 7, 28 is released. Since a lever 10 is turned, and connected to a stopper 11C and connection between the lever 2 and the pawl 3 is held, the line feeding cam 6 is driven by means of the shaft 7, and rotated by a fixed quantity, and the printing medium can be forwarded at a time. |
