PURPOSE:To improve a picture quality, by regenerating DC components in the second video signal for drop-out correction. CONSTITUTION:An input signal YIN is inputted to a switch circuit 15; and when no drop-out detection pulse is not outputted from a drop-out detecting circuit 13, a video signal YOUT is outputted from the switch circuit as it is. When the drop-out detection pulse exists, a drop-out correcting signal is outputted to YOUT. A carrier signal having 3.58MHz is AM-modulated by the video signal and is delayed in a delay circuit 18 bY 1H and is demodulated to be used as to the drop-out correcting signal, and further, DC components are regenerated in a clamp circuit 22 to be sent to the switch circuit 15. Thus, the influence of the drop-out of an FM signal is prevented to obtain the faithful picture. |
