PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost, by providing a plural number of horizontal tire loading hoops rotated around the periphhery of a long oval shaped roller guide on truck and a automatically supplying a raw tire through a position detector successively to a vulcanizer machine. CONSTITUTION:A plural number of raw tires 6 are placed on hoops 46 on a truck 12 to operate the truck 12 running, if the truck 12 is positioned by a positioning device to a prescribed position of a vulcanizer machine main unit 10, a motor 68 rotates to turn chains 30, 32 and transfer the hoop 46. A position detector 90 detects the raw tire 6, coming to a holding position by a paddle 4 of a loader device, to temprarily stop the hoop 46. The paddle 4 holds the tire 6, and the loader device is lifted to supply the tire 6 to a mold of the vulcanizer machine 10. This continuous operation is repeatedly performed, and the plural raw tires placed on the hoops 46 can be continuously supplied to the vulcanizer machine 10. |
