PURPOSE:To wind a stable coil by forming an epoxy film on the surface of a rotor. CONSTITUTION:A DC electric field is applied between an anode employing a metal plate such as a stainless steel plate and a cathode employing a rotor in an aqueous solution containing amine of epoxy, thereby forming a cation electrodeposited film of epoxy on the surface of a rotor. After the electrodeposition, it is washed with water, is heat treated at 100-300 deg.C, thereby dehydrating and condensing the amine, and forming a complete eqoxy film. This film has excellent adherence to the base to become the rotor, less pinholes and adequate hardness. |
