PURPOSE:To realize the reduction of labor and to improve the productivity for assembly of video tape reels, by assembling automatically a hub part, a bearing part and a flange part into a reel when a hook groove is coincident with an inserting hole. CONSTITUTION:A hub part 1 is carried successively by a hub part carrying member 9 with the hook groove of the part 1 turned in a prescribed direction. Then a bearing part 4 is fitted to the center recessed part of the part 1 by means of a bearing part supply member 28. At the same time, a flange part 7 and the part 1 are assembled temporarily by means of a flange part carrying member 21. A flange part positioning device (not shown in the diagram) is provided in the course of the part 7, and a flange part positioning pin (not shown in the diagram) which is driven by a turn from its original position is fitted into an inserting hole of the part 7. Thus the inserting hole is set at the original position. Then the parts 1 and 7 assembled temporarily are unified by means of an assembling member 42. |
