<p>PURPOSE:To make a conveyor usable even at a highlift spot, by making each chip so as to be conveyed as being compressed in a range leading to a straight part at a tip from the casing flare port installed in a conveyor screw tip part, and carrying these chips out of the tip with high pressure. CONSTITUTION:Chips 6 dropped in a conveyor from a table or the like of a machine tool is fed to the tip side by rotation of a screw conveyor 4, and at this time, these chips are compressed downward by a presser metal device 8, while at the time of being fed to a contracted port and a straight part from a flare port part of a casing 5, they are further strongly compressed. And, these chips pass through the straight part 5B in a state of being strongly compressed, and guided upward along a form of the tip side 5C of the straight part, thus they are fed out to an upper part of the casing 5, namely, a rising part 3. And, these extruded chips are pushed upward by extruded chips from the rear in consecutive order. Thus, since highly pressurized chips are carryed out from the tip part, even if there is such a rising part that is high in lift upward, these chips are easily conveyable.</p> |
