PURPOSE:To circulate and regenerate a developing or stripping soln. for an alkali type photosensitive film by taking out the soln., introducing chemicals and a gas, and flocculating the suspension. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous alkali soln. such as 2% aqueous NaCO3 soln. as a developing soln. is sprayed 2 on an alkali type photosensitive film on a substrate conveying roll 1 to dissolve and remove the unexposed part of the film, and the resulting suspension soln. is stored in an aqueous alkali soln. tank 8. The soln. is fed to a raw water tank 22, and after adding chemicals from chemical tanks 27 (FM agent), 28 the soln. is treated by utilizing partition plates 34, 35. The treated soln. is fed to floating tansk 23, 24 provided with partition plates 36, 37 and skimmer 25 for feeding a gas to a developing soln. (a stripping soln.) to flocculate and separate the suspension. The resulting soln. is stored in a treated soln. tank 26, circulated to the aqueous alkali soln. 8, regenerated, and used. |
