PURPOSE:To make easier the formation of a covering layer as well as raise the durability of a landslide preventive pile in an acid soil by applying a covering layer made of an acid-resistant and wear-resistant resin as a lining material to the landslide preventive pile. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacture of a landslide preventive pile 1 which is penetrated into a boring hole 2 reaching an immovable soil (b) through a movable soil (a) for preventing the landslide of the movable soil layer (a), a cast pile is subjected to a given heat treatment, foreign matters adhered to the surface of the cast pile are removed by shot blasting, and then the end portion of the cast pile is subjected to cutting, tip-opening process, assembling, and welding. Then, the surface of the cast pile is shot-blasted for roughening and then closely covered with a molten resin (e.g., of polyethylene, heat-shrink polyethylene, etc.) to form a film of a thickness of 2mm. or more, for example. Afterwards, the pile 1 is assembled and welded in a given length on site and a lining is applied to the welded portion of the pile. The pile thus assembled is penetrated into the ground. |
