PURPOSE:To ensure the highly precise positioning and at the same time to perform the control of frequency after sealing for a piezoelectric oscillator, by sealing airtight the circular frame of the piezoelectric oscillator which contains a piezoelectric oscillator bar and a circular frame enclosing said oscillator bar with an internal touch to a sealing case. CONSTITUTION:A tuning fork type crystal oscillator 10 is provided with a tuning fork type crystal oscillator bar 8 and a circular frame 9 of the bar 8 with an internal touch between the outer circumference of the frame 9 and the inner side of an airtight sealing case 11. The two lead wires 12 and 13 have a contact with or are connected electrically by a junction material to an end of the oscillator 10. The wires 12 and 13 are adhered to a glass sealing material 14. The oscillator 10 is sealed airtight by giving the heat sealing between the inner side of the case 11 and the outer circumference of the material 14. As a result, the quality of an oscillator is improved, and at the same time the yield of production is improved since the frequency control is possible after the sealing process. |
