PURPOSE:To enable to integrate a power source circuit by connecting a smoothing circuit using a current inverting type negative impedance converter in a switched capacitor transformer, thereby reducing a ripple voltage with a capacitor of small capacity. CONSTITUTION:An input voltage E from an input power source 1 is applied to a switched capacitor SC transformer 2 of + or -n of transformation ratio operated with a clock frequency fc, and a load resistor 11 is connected in parallel with the output of the transformer 2. A smoothing circuit which uses a current inverting type negative impedance converter is connected between the output terminals of the transformer 2. Equal currentsIflows in the series circuits of the capacitors 3, 4 and 9, 7, the voltage between the output terminals of the transformer 2 becomes the same potential in an alternating manner, i.e., virtually grounded state in an alternating manner, and only DC component is supplied to the resistor 11. |
