摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enhance the cooling characteristic of a magnetron, and enable easy and accurate assembly of the magnetron by setting the outer diameter of cooling fins larger than the inner width of a rectangular magnetic york, folding parts of the fins exceeding the inner width of the york so that the bow- like parts formed at ends of the fins are in close contact with the inner wall of the york which is parallel to the axis of an anode cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Cooling fins 1a are wound around an anode cylinder 6 so that the outer diameter of the fins 1a is larger than the inner width of a rectangular magnetic york 2 which is perpendicular to the axis of the anode cylinder 6 of the york 2. After that, both ends of each fin 1a exceeding the inner width of the york 2 are folded approximately perpendicularly, so that the bow-like parts 10 at ends of the fins 1a formed by the above folding become in close contact with the inner wall of the york 2 which is parallel to the axis of the anode cylinder 6. Owing to the above constitution, heat generated in the anode cylinder 6 is transmitted to the york 2 and the thermo-switch-mounted part of the york 2 not only through a magnet and the york 2 but also through the plural cooling fins 1a. Consequently, the cooling characteristic of a magnetron can be enhanced.</p>
