PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing process of the scroll and prevent the stress concentration thereof by eliminating a part where the thickness thereof is changed by a method wherein all the thicknesses of an outer wall forming the scroll as well as respective meeting parts thereof are made equal. CONSTITUTION:The scroll 21 is consisting of the outer wall 21A, forming the flow path of the scroll in which high temperature gas obtained by a combustor is flowed, and the meeting parts 21B, 21C, forming a scroll path 3 of the high temperature gas supplied to a nozzle 4, and the thicknesses thereof are made equal. Said meeting part 21B is formed with a hook-shaped opening 22 while the opening 22 is provided with a supporting ring 23 having an engageable protuberance 24. Said supporting ring 23 is pinched between a block housing 9 and a nozzle holder 5, thereafter, the scroll 21 is attached so as to engage the opening 22 to the protuberance 24. In this case, ring seals 13, 25 are interposed between the outer wall 6 of the turbine and the casing 9 thereof. |
