<p>A conventional blind made of a plurality of slats arranged in a laminar way cannot shield the line of sight from an oblique direction even if the slats are inclined. The blind of this invention is most suitable for multistoried housing such as an appartment block since it can shield the room from any external direction and also provide good ventilation. The technical problem is solved by arranging members with a T- or H-shaped cross section and members of an I-shaped cross section in such a manner that they are arranged alternately at predetermined intervals.</p> |
