PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a liquid level sensor, by installing and holding both ends of an electrode which has installed a lead wire to the side and has crown-installed a synthetic resin cap to one end, and covering the electrode and the outside circumference of the cap with synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:To the upper end of an electrode 2 consisting of a lead bar, which has welded and installed a lead wire to its side, a cap 3 made of polyethylene is crown-installed. In this state, both the upper and lower ends of the electrode 2 are held by the inside surface of a metallic mold 4, and the outside circumference of the side of the electrode 2, the outside circumference of the side of the cap 3 and the outside circumference of the upper and lower end parts of the electrode 2 are molded and covered by injected polyethylene into a space in the metallic mold 4, by which a liquid level sensor is produced, and accordingly, the liquid level sensor is manufactured very easily. |
