PURPOSE:To improve mounting work efficiency of a strut, by previously mounting lower brackets to specially installed transverse ribs, supporting the strut to the brackets, temporarily stopping both end parts of the strut, and then temporarily stopping upper brackets finally welding to secure the strut. CONSTITUTION:At assembly on the ground, when a strut 1 of I-steel is mounted mutually between specially installed transverse ribs TW in external board and longitudinal bulkhead sides, lower brackets 2 are installed to the ribs TW, then upper brackets 2' are mounted to both end parts of the strut 1, while the strut 1 is supported to the brackets 2 and temporarily stopped by fixing members 3 and tightening bolts 4, further performed positioning by jigs 5, 5 secured to the ribs TW. Then the brackets 2 and the strut 1 and the brackets 2 and the ribs TW are respectively welded to secure the strut 1 to the ribs TW. In this way, because shaped steel can be utilized as the strut 1, labor for assembly work can be saved. |
