PURPOSE:To detect damage accident quickly by providing a hood in a space which covers the area including equipment from an air extractor to a recombiner and pipes, and capturing the gas leaked from the damaged part, thereby measuring the hydrogen concentration contained in said gas. CONSTITUTION:The hood 16 is provided in the space convering the area which includes the air extractor 3 and its vicinity, i.e. the area including the equipment from the air extractor 3 to the recombiner 6 and the pipes. The hood 16 captures the gas leaked from the damaged part in said area. A hydrogen concentration device 17 is provided at approximately central upper space of the hood 16. The output of said massuring device 17 is compared with a preset concentration value by a comparator 18. When the measured concentration exceeds the preset value, the comparator 18 sends the measured output. Then a valve control device 19 quickly closes valves 4 and 5 and stops the effluence of the gas. |
