<p>NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formulaI(A is deoxyadenosyl residue; C is deoxycytidyl residue; T is thymidyl residue; P is a group shown by the formula). USE:A material for preparing a physiologically active substance having a contraction action on the smooth muscle of cholecyst and secretion action on the pancreatic enzyme by the technique of genetic engineering. PROCESS:A compound shown by the formula III (A deg. is N-benzoyldeoxyadenosyl residue; C deg. is N-benzoyldeoxycytidyl residue; P is a group shown by the formula IV; DMT is dimethoxytrityl which protects 5'-OH of nucleoside) is condensed with a compound shown by the formula V (Bz is benzoyl which protects 3'-OH of nucleoside), and all the protecting groups are eliminated, to give dodecanucleotide shown by the formulaI.
