The method is for producing patterns (12) on a plate-form metal piece (13) used as a surface lining for doors, by deformation of the material. On either side of the metal piece is applied a pressure part (10,14) with the contours of the pattern. - Using a motor-driven hammer (21) and the contours of the pattern in the one pressure part (14), the metal piece is pressed into the contours of the other pressure part (10).(4) |
