PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of a power generation plant by utilizing the steam leaking from a gap between a valve stem and a valve stem sleeve of a steam adjusting valve for a main steam turbine, as driving power of a steam turbine which drives an oil tank gas extractor. CONSTITUTION:A steam turbine 25 of small capacity is provided as a driving source of a gas extractor 15 used for extracting gas in an oil tank 9. An extracting pipe of steam leaking from a gap between a valve stem 21 and a lower valve stem sleeve 22 is connected to the steam turbine 25 through a check valve 26 and a stop valve 27. Besides having a steam pipe which diverges from an outlet of a boiler 2, and joins with a steam pipe for the steam turbine 25 through an regulation valve 28, check valve 29 and a stop valve 30, a bypass duct line with a bypass valve 31 is provided at an inlet part of the steam turbine 25. Thus, leaking steam may be put in practical use. |
