Drying device which is used, in particular, in restricted space conditions and can be conveniently installed in conventional workshops. It is provided for structural parts extending in the longitudinal direction, and comprises a conveying device which conveys the parts, which are to be dried, first of all upwards and then, after a top turn-around point, downwards again. The dried structural parts are then set down laterally.
