In a method for the moulding and packaging of moulded bodies, in particular moulded bodies of industrial abrasive or polishing agent compositions, the compositions are poured directly into moulding capsules (15) in receptacles (14) in a combination mould and package which comprises an insert (11) mounted in the outer package (10) and has openings 21, 48 for coolant air which passes through channels (17) for cooling the moulded bodies directly in the package. The combination mould and package is then passed to a sealing station (not shown) where the lid flaps (29) are folded down and sealed.
