PURPOSE:To higher the effect of heat on a quartz oscillator at glass sealing, by providing a heat shielding body to a heating tool. CONSTITUTION:A glass stem 9 consisting of lead wires 10 and 12 connected to a quartz oscillator 5 and a core oscillator, and of a glass 11 is sealed in a glass case 13. At glass sealing, a heating tool 15 is located, a heat shielding body 16 is provided on a core tool and power is applied to the tool. Through the presence of the heat shielding body 16, the effect of heat on the quartz oscillator becomes less and the change in the characteristics can be avoided. |
