<p>Automatic flat screen printing machine has a phase control unit for a flat screen. An adjusting screw (35) system couples the screen carrier (10) with the drive unit. A phase adjusting drive unit is used to turn the screw unit so that the carrier (10) is displaced in the longitudinal direction of the printing unit. Three alignment pins (13, 14, 15) are mounted on the screen carrier. A round hole (23) accommodates one pin on a corner of the screen carrier frame, an elongated pin hole (25) extends in the repeat direction while a further elongated hole (24) extends in the transverse direction on the corner of the frame (6). The screen frame can be precisely adjusted on the carrier in relation to the transverse or repeat-directions.</p> |
