Provided is a method of fabricating powder for a diamond tool. The method comprises: a step of preparing iron powder having carbon and metal compound powder; and a step of fabricating alloy powder by mixing the iron powder with the metal compound powder and mechanically alloying the mixed powder, wherein the alloy powder includes stacked plate structures made of iron contained in the iron powder; and the metal compound powder inserted between the plate structures. The plate structure have crystal defects therein. As such, the present invention improves quality variation and cutting properties. |
