The present invention relates to a blood-gathering module for slaughtering and a blood-gathering management system for slaughtering provided with the same and, more particularly, to a blood-gathering module for slaughtering and a blood-gathering management system for slaughtering provided with the same with which blood of a slaughtered animal can be easily and hygienically gathered and collected. The blood-gathering module for slaughtering according to the present invention for achieving the purpose described above includes: a pipe provided with a hollow portion allowing a fluid flow; a knife mounting portion provided in an end portion of the pipe; a knife removably mounted on the knife mounting portion; a locking portion capable of pivoting on an outer peripheral surface of the pipe and provided to be capable of locked by a blood-gathering object in a selective manner; and a handle portion provided outside the knife, communicating with the locking portion, moving the locking portion while moving depending on pressurization after gripping by a user, causing the locking portion to be locked by or released from the blood-gathering object, and elastically supported by a predetermined elastic member. The blood-gathering management system for slaughtering according to the present invention includes the blood-gathering module for slaughtering according to the present invention. |
