The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a curved display to manufacture a curved display formed in a curved shape. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for manufacturing a curved display to make a display module including a tap for electrical connection into a curved display comprises the following steps: sealing around a display module except a part of a tap projected out to the outside from the display module by using an acid resistant sealing material; surrounding a pair of a left and a right side, or a pair of an upper and a lower side facing each other of the sealed display module by using a masking material; etching the display module except a masked part in the masked display module at a thickness predetermined to reduce the thickness of the display module; removing the masking material from the display module etched in an etching step; and bending, to a curved shape, the display module from which the masking material is removed. Accordingly, a ready-made product equipped with a tap or a display module of a type separated from a complete product is easily manufactured as a curved display. |
