When the interference wave has a certain level or above, the transmitter 6 increases or decreases a frequency. Then, when the prescribed requirements are satisfied, a switch 8 is turned on to radiate the radio wave from the antenna 4, and when a target enters into the beam of the antenna 4, a reflected signal shifted by the Doppler effect is received. This received signal is inputted to a duplexer 9, a mixer 10 and a detector 12 and when the Doppler signal exceeds a threshold value, a triggering circuit 13 is actuated to send a trigger signal to a missile warhead 15 through a safety device 14.</p>
